Opt-Out Mechanism
Last updated: February 14, 2026
HAIEC respects your right to control how your data is collected and used. This page explains all available opt-out mechanisms and how to exercise them.
Important: HAIEC Does Not Use AI on Your Data
HAIEC uses deterministic, rule-based engines — not AI or machine learning. We do not train models on your data, so there is no AI training to opt out of. However, you can still opt out of analytics, cookies, and marketing communications below.
Available Opt-Out Options
Analytics Tracking
We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-focused, anonymized web analytics. No personal data is collected. Page views are aggregated and cannot be traced to individual users.
How to opt out:
- Use your browser's "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting — we honor DNT headers
- Use a privacy-focused browser extension (e.g., uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger)
- Disable JavaScript (analytics requires JavaScript to function)
Cookies
HAIEC uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party marketing cookies.
How to opt out:
- Clear cookies through your browser settings at any time
- Use your browser's cookie blocking settings to reject non-essential cookies
- Note: Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in
Marketing Communications
If you have subscribed to HAIEC communications, you can unsubscribe at any time.
How to opt out:
- Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
- Email privacy@haiec.com with subject "Unsubscribe"
- Transactional emails (password resets, security alerts) cannot be opted out of
Complete Data Deletion
You have the right to request complete deletion of your data under GDPR (Article 17) and CCPA. This is the most comprehensive opt-out available.
How to request deletion:
- Visit our Data Deletion Rights page for the full process
- Email privacy@haiec.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"
