Bring Technical AI Assurance Into the Enterprise Relationships You Already Own.
When a client is deploying AI but cannot clearly establish what its systems can access, invoke, change or prove, HAIEC can help. You make a qualified introduction. HAIEC handles scoping, technical delivery and the enterprise readout.
Advisory partners introduce opportunities. HAIEC owns qualification, scope, contracting and delivery.
When to Introduce HAIEC
Recognize the Moment.
A strong HAIEC introduction usually starts with an enterprise question that policy, questionnaires or conventional scanning cannot answer on their own.
“We do not know where AI or agents are operating in this environment.”
HAIEC can evaluate supported evidence sources to establish a bounded AI system and component baseline.
“What can this agent actually access or change?”
HAIEC can map supported relationships among identity, credentials, tools, APIs, data and consequential action paths.
“Security needs evidence before approving this AI system.”
HAIEC can run a scoped validation against an explicitly defined system boundary and assurance objective.
“We have policies, but we cannot prove the implementation matches them.”
HAIEC can compare available evidence across intended authority, granted access, code-capable action and observed behavior where evidence exists.
“We need a defensible technical baseline before scaling this deployment.”
HAIEC can produce an evidence-backed technical and executive readout, including findings, unknowns and next validation steps.
What You Are Introducing
A Bounded Enterprise Assurance Engagement — Not Generic AI Consulting.
HAIEC applies its evidence-bound assurance platform to a defined customer environment. The engagement starts with a specific system, consequence or decision question, then evaluates only the evidence and testing authority explicitly included in scope.
Discover
Identify supported AI systems, agents, models, tools, repositories and supporting components within the evaluated boundary.
Map
Reconstruct supported action and access paths across identity, credentials, APIs, tools, data and infrastructure.
Validate
Evaluate applicable security, authority, control and implementation assumptions using the evidence and testing authority approved for the engagement.
Prove
Preserve findings, provenance, limitations, unknowns and review outputs so decision-makers can see what each conclusion is based on.
HAIEC does not manufacture missing evidence. Unsupported or unavailable evidence remains explicitly unknown.
Who Is a Strong Fit
Built for Trusted Enterprise Introducers.
The program is designed for professionals whose clients or portfolio companies already rely on them for technology, security, risk, AI, compliance or transformation guidance.
Want to deliver HAIEC-supported assurance services yourself? The Advisory Partner Program is not the delivery-partner track. Use the separate Assurance Firm / Channel path.
