Know when manufacturing AI reaches the wrong action.
A technically successful update can target the wrong record. HAIEC applies its general deterministic, evidence-bound platform to manufacturing action paths. It is not a separate manufacturing verdict engine.
Station 217: correct tool, wrong work order
A factory agent performed a work-order action with an unexpected target. The approved target was WO-217-4802; the recorded operation targeted WO-217-4803. A persisted, digest-verified HAIEC evaluation identifies the mismatch and preserves the evidence scope, reported as a bounded REVIEW disposition, not a claimed enforcement block.
What the evaluation established
- A deterministic rule (MFG-EFF-001) flagged the target divergence against the declared intended target.
- The persisted evaluation, its scope, and its integrity record are inspectable in the public demonstration.
- A separately demonstrated digital-factory sequence shows a later action held for human review, a distinct event, not a retroactive block of the recorded one.
What it does not establish
- ·These are canonical evaluations over controlled synthetic manufacturing evidence, not results from a live industrial plant or production control system.
- ·The demonstration dashboard does not establish continuous live monitoring of a customer environment.
- ·Identifying the wrong target does not retroactively undo the operation. The accountable investigation and operating response remain with the operator.
Distinct questions, distinct evidence
Each source supports its own claim. HAIEC can establish a useful technical finding before every producer is connected; Delegated Action Integrity separately examines who may choose a protected outcome.
Reachable action path
Source and system relationships can support a potential tool, handler, and MES/ERP operation path within the inspected scope.
A reachable handler is not itself evidence that a work order was changed.
Authority and delegation
Financial approval and supplier qualification are independent. A spending approval does not cover a change to a different work order or a lapsed qualification.
A permitted tool is not the same as an authorized consequential choice.
Observed vs declared effect
Connected operating evidence can establish what actually happened against the declared target and the recorded target.
Absence of a runtime record is not proof the intended operation ran correctly.
A nine-system manufacturing estate
The public demonstration describes nine manufacturing AI systems across MES, ERP, quality, supplier, scheduling, maintenance, and warehouse flows, with persisted HAIEC evaluations across scenario states and the preserved earlier evaluation corpus. The same evidence owners, evaluator, and report pipeline serve every domain. The domain adds entity and rule context, not a second engine.
Production path
HAIEC can scope an enterprise evaluation around one consequential manufacturing AI system and one question, based on the authorized sources you can provide. Connected production controls or runtime effect witnesses require separate onboarding and are never implied by the demonstration.
Scope a manufacturing Enterprise POCMake the next manufacturing AI decision defensible
Start with one factory AI system, one consequential action, and the evidence needed to establish the right operating boundary.
